Getting caught up in the hum drum of everyday living can let us sometimes forget to just "pause". Being in that place to breathe and let go just for a moment.
We can do this no matter where we are. Turn the music or news off in the car, stop in the grocery store, or at work. Just stop and let go of the anxiety and stress of your day and breathe. Breath is life, and without that breath there is no life.
As you pause notice what happens to your body, mind and spirit. Notice your surroundings. Did you relax for a moment? What did you notice that you had not seen before? Ask yourself: What have I been missing by being in such a hurry?
